Requirements:
- 2,5+ years technical work experience as BA;
- BA – courses or certification;
- Ability to process objections:
- Knowledge of methodologies for collection, analysis and formalization;
- Knowledge of the subject area to be analyzed;
- Understanding of the software life cycle according to different methodologies;
- Knowledge of the basics of programming, testing, algorithms, economics.
- Analytical thinking;
- Ability to easily understand an unknown area;
- The ability to analyze the current situation in comparison with the past;
- Ability to make decisions;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Attention to details;
- The ability to clearly and clearly express your thoughts;

Responsibilities:
- Continuous analysis of current projects of the company to identify problem areas;
- Analysis of customer’s business needs;
- Drawing up requirements for the future product (communication with stakeholders – developers, customers, end users);
- Requirements analysis (application of various methodologies and notations – prototyping, questioning, polling, brainstorming, analysis of existing documentation, competitors);
- Analysis of problem areas and suggestions for improvement;
- Requirements formalization (separation of requirements into business, functional, non-functional, writing requirements specification);
- Requirements Management (processing change requests, analyzing and describing the impact on existing requirements);
- Broadcast requirements between developers and client.
Will be a plus:
- Ability to work in a team, responsibility, ability to work in stressful situations;
- Business communication skills;
