Requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience;
- High level of PC user;
- Skills of working with large volumes of information;
- Confident communication skills;
- Knowledge of the stages and technologies of search;
- Knowledge of the methods of professional and personal evaluation of candidates;
- Experience of simultaneous maintenance of a large number of vacancies;
- Successful experience in maintaining and closing vacancies;
- Accumulated base of candidates.
- Experience in the field of search and selection of personnel from 2 years and the experience of recruitment in a certain area will be a plus;
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc);
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc);
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS);
- Strong decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:
- Search and selection of candidates;
- Conducting an initial interview;
- Providing feedback to the candidate in case of refusal;
- Conducting the base of candidates;
- Communication within the team to understand the specifics of the vacancy;
- Review candidates’ CVs;
- Correspondence and initial online interview with candidates;
- Interviews with candidates in the office of the company;
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy;
- Develop and update job descriptions and job profile;
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc;
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc;
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes;
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated;
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team;
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
- Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work”;
- Mentoring and training of new employees (Interns).
