Requirements:
- 1+ years work experience;
- Experience in improving processes and inventory management;
- Experience in managing teams up to 15 people;
- Ability to perform the role of a SCRUM master as well as a Product Manager in an AGILE;
- Well-developed interpersonal skills;
- Commercial awareness;
- Communicative skills;
- Ability to develop and maintain an agreed project plan;
- Ability to understand and apply business processes and risk management processes;
- Individual expertise to meet specific circumstances;
- Willingness to achieve successful implementation of the project plan and manage physical and financial resources.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze Project Needs;
- Manage Project Schedules and Budgets;
- Receive Regular Updates from team members;
- Monitor Project Performance;
- Assign Duties to Staff;
- Create Project Plans and project documentation;
- Participation in the selection and approval of the project team;
- Setting the working process in the team (development, testing, work with requirements);
- Prioritization of tasks;
- Keeping the team motivation;
- Creating a transparent environment for communication between all participants of the process;
- The solution of all sorts of conflict situations within the team and in the bond of the customer-team;
- Communication with the customer, managing his expectations;
- Providing the customer with reporting on the progress of the tasks and the project as a whole;
- Presentation to the customer of ready solutions, demo versions, prototypes;
- Interviewing new team members.
